●  OVERVIEW

CloudCall are a leading provider of unified communications solutions, catering to businesses of all sizes across various industries. Their flagship product, CloudCall Go, empowers users with seamless communication capabilities on the go, integrating voice, messaging, and video features into a single mobile app. Designed for modern professionals, CloudCall Go streamlines collaboration and enhances productivity, making it an essential tool for remote and mobile workforce alike.

 We created a sleek and intuitive design aesthetic, characterised by clean lines, user-friendly interfaces, and a modern colour palette. The interface prioritises functionality and ease of use, ensuring that users can navigate easily and access communication features with minimal effort. With a focus on simplicity and efficiency, CloudCall Go's design reflects the company's commitment to enhancing user experience and maximising productivity in the mobile workplace.

●  A WARM WELCOME

We created an onboarding process with a playful twist, using vibrant illustrations and their new brand colour palette. This not only introduces users to the brand in a captivating way, but also sets a fun tone for their communication journey ahead.

●  STAYING CONNECTED

The Activity screen serves as the user's central hub, displaying notifications, reminders for call notes, voicemails, and recent call history.

Contact cards allow quick access to recent contacts for making calls or sending SMS messages, providing contact details along with communication history and status.

The messaging interface has been redesigned with the new colour palette, enhancing visual clarity while maintaining simplicity.

●  CONNECTIONS MADE EASY

The integrated contact search simplifies finding contacts within the user's network. Leveraging the secondary colour palette, we visually differentiated various contact types for enhanced clarity. Additionally, we supported phone number searches to further facilitate seamless communication.

●  MAKING A BOLD CALL

We implemented a striking new keypad design, incorporating the core brand purple into the call screens. The use of large, tactile buttons preserves the playful UI aesthetic that flows throughout the app.

●  EFFORTLESS COLLABORATION

Group call creation involved intricate functionality, yet our clean UI layout and visual language allowed us to present the process without sacrificing aesthetics.

●  SEAMLESS CALL TRANSFERS

Users can transfer calls to someone else in their contacts list. Subtle micro-interactions offer visual cues, aiding users through the process.
